I’m pretty danged proud of my church. Welcoming, warm, kind, and rocking.
Yes, I go to the church that you’ve been seeking for years but just haven’t found in your travels.
Saturday I got up at 4:30 in the afternoon. Shower and dress and off to church for a Gospel Music Concert, Victory Night 2013. The acts included Steven Daniels and the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church Choir, Jamar Esaw and Triad:4Christ(warning, the site autoloads audio), Darnell Davis and The Remnant, and Anita Wilson. The whole event was hosted by Kimberly Brown (warning, her site autoloads audio).
I spent 3 blissful hours there with my good friends and my wife. I shuffled off to work, did 10 hours in “the tank” and drove right back to church for another 1.5 hours of worship.
Totality of my day bracketed by worship at Shiloh. I loved it. I even shot some of my patented “shaky-cam” video on Saturday night just to share with you. This is the Shiloh Choir. It does focus after a few seconds. Have a blessed day. That’s what it did for me. I hope it does the same for you.
If you were wondering “Why does he have so many different youtube.com channels?” The answer is that I’m a moron and I set the one on the phone up and then couldn’t find it so I built a second one. I’ll fix that some day. Like now. But I already burned the bandwidth to upload this so there it is.
It’s a rockin’ alright! So pleased you have a great home at church!
So Joe, I looked up the word, “danged”, and could not find in the dictionary. What does “danged” mean?
Danged if I know.
But you used the word in your story. What does it mean?
Ah, I did reply in the previous comment reply. I gave you a link! It means the smallest bit or an alternative to a form of damnation. Generally taken as a light-hearted figure of speech.
