Each year that I have been blessed enough to portray Saint Nicholas, I’ve taken the responsibility a little more seriously. About three years ago I started thinking about doing a video of Santa talking to the world about what Christmas really means. I had decided to make this the year to do the video.
About a month ago, my friends at KTIS contacted me and asked if I would participate in a video about Christmas. They sent me a script. It was very close to what I had been imagining. I dashed off a revision in about an hour and sent it back. They agreed to every word that I changed.
A week later we were in the studio. The result is below this paragraph. I hope you will watch it and then read the words below. I have a request to make, but I would like you to watch the video first. Here it is:
Here’s the request: Please share this video on your Facebook pages, your blogs, with your email list, etc. I would ask that you use the link http://myktis.com/this-christmas so that the traffic goes back to the station. The video is not about me. Spreading it is not about me.
It is about getting Christ back into our celebration of Christmas. I would love for this to go viral. I hope that you will find it in your heart to share the video with all your friends. It is the most basic form of evangelism, and this is the perfect time of year to share the best news ever on this planet.

Pumped it on Facebook, asked other authors to link and promote it. Now time, and God, will tell.

Jerry: It’s running on the web only. KTIS and all of the affilliates (all over the nation) have it on their websites.
It’s also getting shared massively on Facebook as of tonight. Hopes for going viral this season!
