While Amy sings, I work on the novel. Got the last of the critique copies back today and have to incorporate the information into the revised book.
It’s going well, over half-way done with the final read for “Oh, NO! How did I write that down?” kinds of stupidity. It’s amazing what makes sense when you write it down but somehow becomes pointless, tepid dreck when you read it.
So, done with this tomorrow some time. Right now, back to page 279.

Doing the prep work to get the taxes to my accountant (that sounds more important than “the guy who knows how to keep me out of jail and bails me out every year”).
Between web pages, annual summaries from pharmacies and health insurance companies and keeping a detailed set of spreadsheets throughout the year it actually gets easier every year to do this task.
Thank you, God, for computers. This would be a nightmare if it was all paper all the time.
