After writing the “Wham” post yesterday I really meant that only John Lennon could lower the bar. I was lying like a cheap rug. I found this… it far exceeds the lowering of the bar you all anticipated.

Just as the gentle odor of cow barn has faded from the suit the commercial is airing around the region. I like it. I hope you do as well. (Yes, Virginia, cows really do talk. Santa will vouch for it.)

Saturday I’ll be at my first in-person event of the year as Santa. Say a prayer for me and the munchkins. I’ll write about it this coming week.

Santa and the cows – a cheesy tale.

I promised to post the Santa commercial when I got it. Well, I have it but it’s not released yet… drat. Guess you’ll have to settle for a picture until next week when it starts to air. I don’t know what was wrong with the camera, it must have had a defective lens because I’m nowhere near that fat in real life. (Quit snickering.)

Santa is the one in red. All mammals are the same size in this picture.

Remember, you can make Santa look very good if you go and buy some cheese from these fine people. They are the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery. Tell them Santa sent you! The cheese curds are the best I’ve ever had. Truly excellent. Beth and the gang have some great gift boxes for the holidays.
